1. Be at least 16 years old.
2. Finished Driver Education (OL 237).
3. Finished Driver Training (OL 238).
4. Complete 6 hours with a licensed driver training instructor.
5. Complete 50 hours and 10 hours night time driving with a parent or guardian.
